This in from Marty from a friend … Ordinance has passed. Will go into effect after Mayor signs it, approximately 45 days. No restrictions!!! Single family dwellings are now also ok to paint murals on. This is citywide. Please share this. There was one amendment by Councilman Englander–Neighborhood Councils can select residential areas that DO NOT want murals but your Neighborhood Council must be made aware and act now. You have 90 days. Only three neighborhood councils out of 96 were at the hearing.
