Graffiti Solutions was emailed this week about paint on cement in front of the establishments on Washington Blvd between Marr and Oxford. It was done in a day. The paint has been removed by volunteers in the neighborhood but paint on cement is another type task. Dr. Rica Pastor reported: “It looks great.”
