The gate at Carter was wide open Friday morning. No sign of the lock and chain. Thanks to Karen and Judson Kennedy’s donation for locks, a lock and chain were available. The lock was such a stealth lock that it took one resident to open it and another to close it. Next lock will be less complicated.
