The issues of modernizing LAX and (not) moving the runway will be heard at City Hall Tuesday, 2:30 pm during a Joint Planning & Land Use Management and Trade, Commerce & Tourism Committees Special Meeting. This is the next step before the full City Council will hear the issue.
Nate Kaplan, who is in charge of LAX information for the council office, wants everyone to know that this does not have anything to do with moving the runway. For agenda go to:
