The family that runs Penguins’ Yogurt in the Walgreens shopping center has the garden as reported before. All plants were planted from seeds and each plant is hand watered. Update thinks there is some verbal encouragement also but gardener will not say. This is an exceptional use of a small, normally weed-filled area.
