Chris W of Penmar Park area… The coughing homeless!!! I wonder if they have been checked for TB as it is an epidemic in skid row. A recent article I read said WHO and CDC are very concerned about these new strains of TB which are at least seriously resistant and in some cases immune to antibiotic treatment. These organizations were worrying that TB, pneumonia, simple urinary infections and alike will become lethal killers once again in the population.
