Well, it had to happen! LA goes APP! It is called “MyLA311.” Yes, everything you ever wanted to know about the City of LA (well, almost) is all in one MyLA311. App states “puts power of City Hall in the palm of your hand.” Good for both Apple and Android.
You can make a Service Request, pay your DWP bill, get City news, find City info. City info includes dog parks, museums, senior centers, tennis courts, etc., accompanied by a locating map.
Service request is a simple way to report graffiti, mattresses, garbage in alleys. A form comes up. Your Council District is 11 and your councilman is Mike Bonin. The rest is easy. Am sure the graffiti email is still applicable. This is just a choice for one looking for service.
