The occupiers that made Windward Circle home departed after “Pedestrians Prohibited” signs were posted this week.
This picture was taken for the 23 January issue of Update entitled Windward Circle Occupied, 23 January 2014.
Picture was taken 31 January and “Pedestrians Prohibited” signs were posted around the circle replacing any trace of the Occupiers.
