Top of palm tree looks like it rotted and just fell off the top of the tree trunk. Tree was planted in parkway. Not much damage because tree fell into road at 326 Market early this morning (10 Feb). Car parked in front lost its rear view mirror and probably suffered scratches.

At 8:30 this morning cars were stopping to take a photo and take a photo of person next to fallen tree.
