Los Angeles Times article said Matt Dowd and David “Zuma Dog” Saltsburg each got $1 regarding their First Amendment case. Also the City ruled that the City could not ban the use of amplified sound in designated areas of the Venice Boardwalk but backed other restrictions on the boardwalk performers and vendors. Performers who brought the case each got $1 too.
