A small asphalt repair truck is scheduled to be in the Venice Neighborhood Council District April 1 to perform repairs to the roadway, curbs, and sidewalks, weather permitting. Once again the City asks all to provide a service request on line at bss.lacity.org/Request.htm.
“The first round of the Neighborhood Council Initiative, also known as Neighborhood Council Blitz (NC Blitz), was a success due to your participation,” wrote Marc Saltzberg vice-president of Venice Neighborhood Council.
“Locations submitted for inspection are limited to 15 addresses by each submitter” he wrote. “This ensures we maintain a high level of service to each of our neighborhoods by maximizing the resources allocated to the program. Your participation in prioritizing the needs in your neighborhood assists in improving conditions important to your community in a partnership with the Bureau of Street Services.”
