Project at 320 Sunset will have a new outreach to those concerned and affected Saturday (26 April), on site at 11 am.
The project which has evolved since May 2013 application to “What’s New” actually started out to be a bakery. Owner, who owns Gjelina restaurant on Abbot Kinney, now wants project to have a full bar, restaurant with 25 seating inside, and 65 outside, bakery, and off-site sale of beer and wine.
The building is approximately 5000 square feet and owner is planning to lease parking lot next door. Otherwise, there is no parking other than owner’s statement that he has parking credit for 20 spaces.
