Venice Garden & Home Tour this year features thirty living spaces in and around the walk streets east of Abbot Kinney and Venice Boardwalk. Homes will be open from 10 am to 5 pm.
“Best in the state,” said one lady visiting from San Diego. “My husband and I wouldn’t miss this one for anything.”
“People pour their complete creativity into these small lots,” said one fan. “They are all so unique.”
The show was founded years ago in 1993, 21 years ago, by Linda Lucks, Jan Brilliot, and Jay Griffith. Lucks said that years ago “we had to beg people show their homes; now they are eager and proud to be part of this signature Venice event.”
Tickets at the door are $70 and can be purchased at 1016 Pleasant View Ave. Children are free. On street and as-directed parking available. Self-guided walk/bike tour and shuttles provided rain or shine. Tickets are tax-deductible.
Proceeds benefit the Neighborhood Youth Association of Venice.
