c. trash again
It is only Sunday and it will be all over the alley before your pickup on Monday. You need to pay for additional trash collection. You people and your trash are big contributors to rats and this must stop. Last week was a disgusting mess and three strikes and you are out as the next mess brings out Public Health. This is illegal regardless of how fabulous you think you are .

My question regarding the Oxford Retention Basin is that if the basin is the bath water collection point for a large part of the City, will it be contaminated and cause problems for people in close proximity. After a rain, no one can fish or swim in the ocean because it is contaminated. Ocean is larger collection place and realize Basin will not be used for swimming or fishing. Will it have an odor, such as dog poop in water? Another question is: Was it decided somewhere, sometime to have fresh water for the birds. It wouldn’t be nice to provide them with a habitat and then systematically kill them off with contaminated water. Realize birds sip from road water but this is a large pool, large concentrated collection of all the City filth washed in by rain.
