Drivers going east on Washington get tired of waiting in line for left turn signal at Lincoln. Takes couple lights while in line before getting to left turn lane. Many use yellow-lined lane, as did this driver, to access the left turn area at Lincoln. (Some have been seen using it to pass cars.) Driver got caught by driver coming out of intersection at Yale.
