Scopa Owner Has a “Shared” Parking Plan

Steve Livigni. one of the owners of Scopa restaurant on Washington Blvd, proposed sharing the Scopa portion of the parking lot to other businesses on Washington. It would cost and the hours would have to be those not used by Scopa.

The available hours would be 8 hours Monday thru Friday and before 5 pm. Cost would be $23 per hour or $185 a day. Valet would park as many cars on lot as spaces allowed, which is approximately 30. This price would include the valet and insurance. Scopa does not own the lot but has a similar agreement.

This appears to be a new, positive approach for limited parking in the Venice area.
