Lincoln Place Apartments will have its grand opening Thursday (14 August) from 5:30 to 9 pm at Frederick St.
There will be an art walk through some of the vacant apartments, the band Groove Line will be playing, and four food trucks from First Fridays will be serving food and there will be an open bar.
