Whole Foods Market at 225 Lincoln is seeking approval for installation of a new sound wall, enclosure of an existing loading dock (causing a reduction of 8 parkingspaces that would be required), legalization of an existing cargo container for storage (causing a reduction of 2-3 substandard parking spaces), installation of a canopy over an existing landing area, and loading from the front of the supermarket between the hours of 5:00 – 7:00 AM.
Locali at 701 Lincoln wants a CUB to permit the sale and dispensing of beer and wine only for on-site consumption in conjunction with an existing 1,085 sq ft deli/café seating 16 patrons with hours of operation from 7 am to 11 pm daily.
1620 Electric want to demolish a single family house and replace one with new construction on R-2 property.
Status of AT&T at 1515 Pacific and 737 Washington will be given.
