Ocean front walk white-line law seems to have been crossed. Vendors are not supposed to displays beyond the white line. It is impossible to have emergency respond team vehicles traverse the “walk” with displays in the way.
Homeless are still nestled in near the skateboard park.
Sand erosion is being addressed at the beach park at Windward.
