The two-unit condominium project at 458 Venice Blvd will be heard 8 October, 9:30 am at the Los Angeles City Hall, 200 N. Spring Street, room 1020.
The project is a two-unit condominium with four parking spaces on a 3235 square foot lot. A Coastal Development Permit is being sought to allow a one-lot subdivision for the construction of a two-unit condominium and the demolition of an existing single-family dwelling in the Dual Jurisdiction Coastal Zone. There is mention of a Mello determination.

A Coastal Development Permit is sought for the demolition of an existing single-family dwelling and the construction of a new, approximately 3,326 square-foot, two-story, single-family dwelling with attached two-car garage and rooftop deck, on property located within the R2-1 Zone.
