More “useful” safety barricades: bike path at end of Venice boardwalk.
Note what Santa Monica is doing for wheelchair (senior) people.
There is support for a minority that deserves some support after a lifetime of having paid fees.
On the other hand the County of LA sees seniors as just another group to exploit for user fees.
