I was walking to Walgreens with my baby and a homeless man was chasing a women with her stroller down Carter. He was screaming at her the entire way to Berkley. It was so scary. I felt bad that all I could do was go tell management to call police. If I was in my car, I would have offered to give her a ride or try and scare him off. He then came back and started banging on a lady’s window. She became a hostage in her car. I know some of these homeless are harmless but others can be threatening. My babysitter had s knife pulled on her walking from Jefferson apts and so I am especially cautious these days. You never know. Hard drugs make people very unpredictable. ESP people with mental problems. Really sad.
