564-568 Rialto Avenue will be heard 16 March, 10 am, West LA Municipal Building, 1645 Corinth, LA 90025.

Owners want a permit to allow existing nonconforming side yard setbacks of 2 feet and 1-foot 6 inches on the east and west property lines, respectively, in lieu of the 5-foot side yard setback required and allow an existing nonconforming rear yard setback of 11- feet in lieu of the 15-foot rear yard setback. This is all in conjunction with the continued use and occupancy of two dwellings on two adjacent lots at 564 and 568 East Rialto Avenue in the RD1.5-1-O Zone and the proposed lot tie between the abovementioned lots.
