West LA Area Planning Commission will hear Gjusta Bakery at 320 Sunset Wednesday (15 July) starting at 4:30 pm, Henry Medina facility, 11214 West Exposition Blvd, 90064.
The hearing involves an appeal of the determination of the Department of Transportation (DOT) on the Trip Generation and Traffic Assessment for proposed seating/dining area addition to an existing bakery/retail facility issued 6 May 2015.

Firestone Brewery at 3205-3223 Washington Blvd and 2915 -2923 Carter will be heard Wednesday, 5 August starting at 4:30 pm by the West Los Angeles Planning Commission, at Henry Medina Facility, 11214 West Exposition Blvd, 90064.
The hearing involves an appeal in part of the Zoning Administrator’s decision to require a zone variance authorizing the on-site brewing of beer as a Condition of Approval, in conjunction with the approval of a Conditional Use authorizing the sale and dispensing of beer and wine for on-site consumption in a restaurant and the sale of beer for off-site consumption in a retail space located in the C2-1 zone and to adopt the action of the lead agency in issuing mitigated negative declaration ENV-2013-3174-MND, as the environmental clearance for the subject action.
