The proposed project involves the demolition of a 405-square-foot, detached accessory garage. The project will construct a second floor addition of 646 square feet and a new, attached, 370-square-foot garage to the existing single-family dwelling unit. The project proposes a total of three on-site parking spaces (two covered and one uncovered), a maximum building height of 25 feet to the top edge of the flat roof and a residential floor area of 2,877 square feet located in the dual permit jurisdiction area of the Coastal Zone.
