Mayor Eric Garcetti at a Public Private Partnership forum Friday at the Getty House in Los Angeles mentioned that the 138 million allocated for homeless for the next fiscal year would be allocated as two thirds for permanent supportive housing and the other third for on the street strategy for intervention of one kind or another.
