This young man seems to have taken over the historic gondola placed in Wndward Circle by the Venice Historical Society.
Like young b, this gondola is fake. A mock-up. There is only one true historic gondola left. It hangs over the bar at the old Danny’s.
It is my understanding that this gondola is an original that was restored by the Venice Historical Society.
And when he uses it as a toilet, it will smell like NYC too!
Finally, the historic gondola will now be serving a good purpose. It’s Venice’s own statue of Liberty.
