WHuber is apparently Debbie Huber who is moving around finding large encampments. This is one on Lincoln at Lake in front of Rite Aid Pharmacy/Ralph’s Market.
She reports that Lincoln and Flower got “cleaned up a few days ago and today, Nov 17, there are three groups ‘camping’ there.'”
