The County of Los Angeles has recorded two Typhus cases for 2019, according to Officer Mireille of the LA County Department of Public Health.
She said there were 105 reported cases in 2018 and 67 in 2017. There was an outbreak of Typhus cases in downtown Los Angeles and Willow Brook during 2018 to cause the numbers to go up.
Typhus made the news recently when a deputy city attorney contracted Typhus and the story has escalated to the fact that the City Hall has a rat problem.
Rick Swinger warned Venice about this.
