Is there something mentally wrong with city officials who would place a single fountain that is being used now as a sink and shower? Can Mike Bonin be this incredibly naive, or was this done just to annoy enraged residents? How many more years is this going to go unresolved and unsolved as it pertains to the homeless he seemingly uses as a political prop, while their collective misery continues because he is too strident and unwilling to cooperate with local Venetians in any capacity.
