A better photo was shown in the 17 April Update but the text was missing. Northwest corner of Lincoln and Washington lot is getting walled off. Place was recently the subject of a Fresh & Easy store but Fresh & Easy decided not to build. It took two days to wall it off and one to paint it. Apple ads will be put on it. (See Comments.)
