Trash Containers in kept in alleys == Keep straight and close to back wall……
Turn face in to reduce stress on lids returning……Place sideways when empty….

Some alley areas are getting littered again with trash and overgrowth.
Consider making more tidy and removing litter along the alleys.
Years ago the LAPD supervised CITY trucks to receive and haul junk
collected and loaded by many residents in the Oxford Triangle.

I still criticize the 2.5 million dollar demolition to the Thatcher Street yard.
For less than 5% they could have secured the area with a smaller iron fence atop
the existing walls and then added monitor cameras.
But total demo was done so now the counselor can promote a special blend of housing.
