Young man with face up against fire gate– that had just been slammed shut–decided to bolt over the fence instead to meet his two buddies in the yellow cab parked on Thatcher. The buddies had just come thru the fire gate and left it open. The bolter said “You don’t understand how far I would have to walk otherwise.” The gate is never alarmed with the battery-operated system. Gate is illegally used for ingress and egress.
