No one mentioned it was “Decorate Your Car” or “Give Your Car a Lift” day. This person decided to do it without the proclamation. Antenna, side view mirror, and license plate get special flying arrays. Car was definitely an eye catcher and perhaps a trend setter. Have you seen those wearing the pink moustaches?
