Great choice Venice BID. You’ve contracted with a company who has a dismal employee record, as in everybody who works for them is unhappy. And unhappy employees (especially unhappy security guards who are mostly all unhappy to begin with because what they really want to be is cops but aren’t qualified) will just be manifesting that unhappiness on the job and taking it out on the public. I hope you guys have a lot of money set aside to settle lawsuits. You’re going to need it.
