It took three Triangle residents to explain to lady trying to move into Jefferson Marina via Thatcher pedestrian fire gate that she was doing something illegal. Her story had a list of those who supposedly approved of such a move, among them were both the city and county fire departments. After all of that, she came back later with a small rental van and used the fire gate.
