AT&T seeks permission to build tower at 101 Dudley Ave, corner of Dudley and Pacific.

Agnes Huff and Mark Shockley both of Triangle spearheaded group that was successful in defeating AT&T from installing tower at hotel on Washington. They did hire Ted Kreines, an attorney who specializes in these cases.
“I think the important thing for them to remember,” said Mark Shockley, “is that we won our case because AT&T didn’t show that they had the need. They were trying to accommodate for future bandwidth needs and that’s a big difference.
“Ted Kreines, as our consultant, said AT&T would be back again to try to locate cell towers in our back yards,” wrote Agnes Huff. “It hasn’t even been a year since they tried and they are now planning to 12 panel cell antennas on the rooftop of an apartment house!”
