Denise Fast of Denise Fast properties and resident of Burrell said she was getting home owners and commercial owners together to see “what we can all do to beautify Carter.”
They are meeting at Denise’s office Tuesday, 13 August from 7:30 to 8:30 to plot and scheme and pool their resources.
So far looks like Sherman’s Gallery has been painted and a bunch of plants have arrived ready for strategic positioning.
