(24 August 2019) A PLUM hearing is tentatively set for 10 September 10 at 2:30 pm, City Hall, to hear the Home Sharing Ordinance (HSO) platform for sharing data with the City.
The Home Sharing Ordinance became law 1 July with a 120-day grace period for unit registration. So 1 November 2019 will be the official day to initiate enforcement.
Councilman Paul Koretz made a motion indicating that the units under RSO (rent stabilization ordinance) could be the first to be effected by the HSO enforcement.
