Storage container was placed in front of the Venice Beach substation to provide containers for homeless to put their belongings in so that they could go to the shelter. Bus provided for shelter shuttle only allows a backpack. Container was there for use from last week in February to 1 March and manned by volunteers. Shelter closed 1 March. Container remained at the beach until it could be picked up.
