Heather submitted two photos of 3000 block of Thatcher, one of each side at night. It showed car-to-car parking. (Thatcher is subjected to the restaurant parking by La Cucina, 26 Beach, and now Scopa.) Looks like this daily, particularly nightly. Yale and Stanford are in for it next with Firestone.
