Proposed marijuana dispensary site for Mar Vista on Centinela was defeated. City Attorney Mike Feuer secured permanent injunctions that prohibited shop from opening at that location. Dispensaries are not allowed to operate in residential areas. Mar Vista residents demanded that dispensary not be allowed to open and Councilman Mike Bonin strongly backed up residents.
