Trash trucks frequently and unintentionally hit the fender of a car when picking up the trash. In most cases, the car is against the trash can. City pays for it “but it is a lot of red tape” said latest victim.
One is suppose to line up his trash cans in front of his house and leave three feet between each can. How often does one see that?
