Planning to Hear 2707 OFW

The zoning administrator will hear 2707 Ocean Front Walk July 10, 10 am at 1645 Corinth Ave, Los Angeles 90025.

Pursuant to Section 12.28 of the Code, a Zoning Administrator’s Adjustment from Section 12.09.1-B of the Code, to maintain the existing 3-foot side yard setback in lieu of the 4 feet otherwise required, in conjunction with a 636 square-foot addition to an existing two-story duplex over basement with roof deck, creating an additional story, resulting in a three-story duplex over basement with roof deck; pursuant to Section 11.5.7-C, a determination of Specific Plan Project Permit Compliance to determine compliance with the Venice Coastal Zone Specific Plan; pursuant to Section 11.5.7-E, a Specific Plan Project Permit Adjustment from Venice Coastal Zone Specific Plan Section 10,F(3)(a) to permit a height
of 37 feet 11 inches in lieu of a maximum height of 35 feet.
