Update was incorrect last issue in stating that change of use for 320 Sunset was office to bakery. 320 Sunset was approved for change of use from office to “commercial bakery and bakery accessory retail” 2 May 2013. What the applicant is seeking is a change of use from bakery, bakery accessory to bakery with a restaurant with full line of alcohol onsite and beer and wine for offsite sales.
