California Coastal Commission will hear two Venice “De Minimus” projects at the December meet that will be in Monterey 10, 11, 12 starting at 9 am at the Portolo Plaza Hotel, 2 Portola Plaza, Monterey, CA 93940.
Both 2608 Ocean Ave and 343 28th Ave were approved by both Land Use and Planning Committee (LUPC) and Venice Neighborhood Council as “De Minimus” projects.
