The group of homeless on Coeur d’Alene next to McDonald’s has dwindled from what it was. Stewart Oscars said the neighbors were working with the group. When photos were taken, there was one group on each side of road and one fellow in the alley. Apparently, fellow in alley is going to be assisted by Tomasz of People Assisting the Homeless (PATH).
