The owners for the proposed L’olio Restaurant at 3018 Washington will have a community outreach meet Wednesday on the project site from 6 to 8 pm to explain plans for the site.
You have GOT TO BE KIDDING!!?? This should not even be entertained as a concept!!!!
We will not survive without permit parking. This is absurd. The owners of the building have a use in mind that goes from bad to worse!!! Pot shop or restaurant that will leave us ZERO PARKING. This concept should not even be entertained by the city. period. Shame on them.

With only a couple of parking spaces, the proposed wine bar will only force more cars onto Thatcher, Howard, Yale and Stanford. Paying $18k per parking space that is not provided will do nothing to mitigate the horrendous parking situation in the Triangle. This money will simply go into a black hole
