One used to be able to report graffiti to Pacific Graffiti Solutions directly. Just a quick email with the address and it would be taken care of. Now one is to call 311 or use the LA311 app.
The phone number does not work or is always busy.
The LA311 app times out and one has to fill out the form where the service is because of GPS location. Sooooo graffiti attracts graffiti. Abbot Kinney association should consider their own graffiti czar.
