Someone drops his shreadings into trash can and shreadings are all loose. They fly all over the Ocean Front Walk and are just about impossible to clean up. Put them in a bag and then dispose of them. Not too hard! Picture shows cleaned up version. Local merchants were notified. Monday dropper decided to dispose of them loosely in a can south of original dumping.
Why is this shocking to anyone? OFW is a deteriorating, physical mess. Never maintained except for garbage removal on Mondays, the place is a slum. Parks & Recreation is a joke and the maintenance is nonexistent. When, if ever has OFW been power washed like they do EVERYDAY at The Third Street Promenade? How bad do things need to get? This is an inexcusable. Would New York City let Central Park fall into this kind of disrepair? There is no reasoning or excuse other then incompetent political leadership that lacks the ability to get anything done. They obviously have little if any respect for the 11th Council District Office.
